Love Boten Terms of Service
Eligibility and accounts
You must provide accurate information, keep your sign-in credentials secure, and use the service in accordance with applicable law. Children under 13 may use the service only with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
Community and messaging
Love Boten provides community posts, comments, follows, reactions, private messages, rewards, and coupons. You must not publish or send illegal, infringing, fraudulent, deceptive, sexually explicit, violent, hateful, harassing, or spam content. Do not impersonate others or disclose another person's private information without permission.
Your content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Love Boten a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, process, display, and distribute that content only as needed to operate, secure, moderate, and improve the service. You represent that you have the rights required to submit your content.
Moderation and safety
Users can report and block accounts and content. We may restrict, remove, or preserve content, limit features, suspend accounts, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to enforce these terms, protect users, investigate abuse, or comply with law.
Points, coupons, and availability
Points, coupons, and redemption records are promotional features for use within Love Boten. They are not cash, currency, or transferable property. We may correct points or redemption records created by error, abuse, fraud, or a violation of published rules. Features may change or be unavailable during maintenance or for legal and security reasons.
Account termination
You may unlink a social sign-in provider or permanently delete your Love Boten account from within the app. We may suspend or terminate accounts that materially or repeatedly violate these terms. Information is deleted, anonymised, or retained as described in our Privacy Policy.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when the service or applicable requirements change. The updated date will be shown above. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms, to the extent permitted by law.
