Love Boten Privacy Policy
Information we collect
When you create an account, we process your username and a one-way password hash. On iOS, you may instead use Sign in with Apple; we receive an Apple account identifier and authorization credentials needed to maintain and revoke that connection. We also process profile details you provide, posts and comments you publish, messages and media you send, reward and coupon activity, device and security logs, and—only after permission—a push-notification token and notification preferences.
How we use information
We use information to create and secure your account, display community content, provide follows, reactions, comments and private messages, operate rewards and coupon redemption, moderate reports, prevent abuse, and deliver notifications you choose to receive. Marketing notifications are off by default. We do not sell personal information.
Service providers and international processing
We use necessary hosting, storage, authentication, and Apple Push Notification service providers. Data may be processed outside Laos where our technical providers operate, subject to appropriate safeguards and applicable law.
User content and community safety
Users are responsible for content they submit. Love Boten provides reporting, blocking, content filtering, and administrator moderation. Content that violates law or our community rules may be restricted or removed.
Retention and security
We retain information only for as long as needed to provide the service, protect users, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. We use access controls, encrypted network transport, and operational safeguards to protect information.
Your choices and rights
You can edit your profile, manage notification categories, disconnect Sign in with Apple, and permanently delete your account inside the app. When you disconnect or delete an Apple-linked account, Love Boten asks Apple to revoke the saved authorization before removing the local connection. Account deletion removes or anonymises personal information and private-message content, except records that must be retained for legal, fraud-prevention, or accounting purposes.
Children
Love Boten is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. A child under 13 should use the service only with a parent or guardian's consent and supervision.
